Our annual Veterans Day program at CCHS is an honored tradition in our community as our students are soon to become adults in our society, and it is very important that all citizens of the United States recognize the sacrifices that veterans have made to ensure the freedom and protection of our country and its citizens. Our Veterans Day Program is student led from the very beginning of our program with a Student Master of Ceremonies, The Pledge of Allegiance, CCHS Choir 2 Class, The Jet Pride Marching Band, and Poetry and Literary Readings. Students learn the importance of sacrifice and honoring those who have served our country. This day has become meaningful for our students as they see so many members of our community who have sacrificed for our students and members of our faculty who are Veterans or currently serving in our National Guard.
